Rich Society will exchange any item purchased from our webstore. Please contact us upon sending the item back, to confirm your exchange. We must receive the item within 14 business days, after the exchange has been confirmed.

All items orders will be proccessed for 1-2 business day(s) before shipping out. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Some orders are liable to take up to a month to ship as it might have to go into production to be made. Any lost items is beyond the control of the store.
